Ready to make a Promise?
By saying the pledge below, you promise to stay tobacco-free, and to help kids around you stay smoke-free too!
#1 - Place two fingers over your heart and hold up three fingers with your opposite hand. Now read the Cool K.A.T.S. Pledge below out loud.
#2 - Print this out and write your name on it. Hang it up at in your room, your locker, or in your classroom (we're sure your teacher will be proud of you when you show it to them!)
#3 - Tell your friends to take their Cool K.A.T.S. Pledge too, and keep count of how many people you can get to take the pledge. Post your comments on the BLOG page to let us know how you're helping to keep your promise.
